Our Story
Aileen O’Sullivan is a commercial and sales leader with over 30 years’ experience in global MedTech, specialising in sales excellence, customer experience, and organisational transformation.
In 2024, she founded BeYou Sensory, bringing her value-based healthcare mindset into a new space focused on sensory support and inclusion.
Having spent her career focused on outcomes, Aileen recognised a growing need. Environments were not keeping pace with the increasing number of children requiring sensory and emotional support. BeYou Sensory was created to bridge that gap by delivering structured, practical, and scalable solutions into everyday environments.
Alongside leading the business, Aileen continues to mentor and empower female leaders and consult on sales strategy and performance.
